All items purchased within Australia are now valid for our TRY ON POLICY. This enables Customer's within Australia to now purchase up to 1000AUD from Rue Stiic Online and send back the pieces that didn't work out for a full refund

Simply purchase up to 1000AUD from Rue Stiic Online, use your free shipping code "STAYHOME" for free shipping to your desired address, try on our wonderful pieces, and send us back the styles that weren't quite right within 3 days.

Pieces that are sent back to us unworn within 3 days of receiving them are eligible for a full refund.

All refunds will be given once the goods have been received back at our office and examined. Refunds will account for goods purchased only. The client is responsible for return shipping.

Rue Stiic accepts returns on full-priced items. Items that have been purchased on sale cannot be returned.

E-mail within 7 days of receiving the full priced goods, to receive your Return Authorisation form. Please include the following in your e-mail:

  • Order number
  • Item/s you're returning
  • Reason for return

Item/s must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). Sanitary stickers must still be intact with any swimwear. Rue Stiic has the right to decline the return if the item/s has/have not been received in the original condition. Item/s that have been worn or are damaged or altered will not be accepted. 

Rue Stiic does not offer refunds for any items that are non-faulty but are still wished to be returned. Instead, a store credit will be issued. This store credit is valid for a year and can be used on anything online, including sale items. Store credits cannot be used together with other discount codes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you refuse a shipment from Rue Stiic or your package is returned from customs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rue Stiic. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

Faulty goods
All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us by e-mailing within 2 days of receiving your goods. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Collection and Accessories


Orders are delivered to you by our courier service and will arrive between 2 - 6 business days in metro areas. Please note that areas considered as remote may take longer. Please be sure to indicate your daytime address where someone can take the delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for missing/stolen items after delivery. At peak times there can be courier delivery delays that are beyond our control. 

We send our orders with Registered Post.

• Delivery between 12-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient).
• Please allow our team 1-5 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has shipped.
• This service is NOT trackable. The tracking number you receive is a consignment ID and is for delivery purposes only.
• Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 21 business days since your order was lodged. Once an order has been shipped and confirmation emailed to you, Rue Stiic is no longer responsible for goods shipped.
• Once the order arrives in the destination country, please contact your local post service for updates.
Signature required on delivery at most destinations. If you are not at home to receive, the package will be delivered to your local post office and a delivery slip left with pickup details. You will need identification to collect.
• Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. 



We respect your privacy! All of the information collected on the Rue Stiic site is kept confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide is held with the utmost care and will not be used in anyway that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us at anytime. We do not store credit card details, you must enter them each time you make a purchase with us. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except with our bank for the purpose of processing payments and refunds for products you’ve ordered or as required by law. Rue Stiic collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site (including when you order from the site or register as a user) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice and delivery tracking details. We appreciate that this site must store and use client information responsibly. 


All of our staple pieces are soft washed and hot washed as part of the manufacturing process. This prevents shrinkage for your future washes. Never hot wash or use a tumble dryer for your Rue Stiic pieces.

Our raw hems are made with the intention to fray and soften with each wash. Simply trim the threads to your liking. All raw hems are security stitched so need to worry about losing length.

We want you to be sure of what you are buying. If you require any further information on any of our products (e.g. measurements, advice on how the item fits, or what to match an item with to create a perfect outfit) simply send us an email and we will reply within 1 day.
